Vegan Parmesan Cheese (crumbly)

This is a great option for when you want to top your pasta with something cheesy, but don't want animals involved!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup Cashews
  • 1/4 Cup Hazelnuts
  • 2 Tablespoons Pine Nuts
  • 1/4 Cup Nutritional Yeast
  • 3/4 Teaspoon Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions

  • Pulse everything together in a food processor, until crumbly like Parmesan cheese!
