Ingredients

Smoothie

  • 1 1/2 Cups Water
  • 1 Whole Beet Fresh, small
  • 2 Whole Celery Stalks
  • 1/2 Cup Cucumber With Skin, Chopped
  • 1 Whole Apple Cored & Cubed
  • 1 Whole Mango Cubed
  • 1/2 Lemon Peeled
  • 1 Whole Banana
  • 1 Packet Acai Frozen

Toppings

  • 2 Tablespoons Hemp Hearts
  • 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Nibs
  • 1/4 Cup Blueberries Fresh
  • 2 Tablespoons Raspberries
  • 2 Teaspoons Chia Seeds
  • 10 Leaves Mint

Instructions

  • Blend all smoothie ingredients until very smooth.  Pour in a bowl, and artfully top with the smoothie toppings.
