I’ve been visiting Summer Tomato’s blog lately, looking for inspiration to start eating healthier. She really does have some great posts backed up by science, and they keep me motivated to change my lifestyle, rather than getting in the mindset of sticking to some sort of strict diet to lose weight. I am currently still struggling, but I am also keeping the effort and ambition up. I recently tried her Roasted Cauliflower To Die For, and it really was to die for! The curry flavor definitely comes out, but the combination of the curry, salt and olive oil tricked my tastebuds into thinking “BUTTER”! This dish is really really great, and I recommend everyone try it!
