Today is the official IPA Day as declared by… well, everyone!
Being the beer lover that I am, I couldn’t pass this day up. Just in case you’re wondering, it’s a real thing that’s been going on for awhile. It’s just another excuse to celebrate a day of drinking, but whatevs! If you’re a beer drinker yourself, make sure you check in your IPA’s today on Untappd, and hashtag all your social media with #IPADay!
These are my picks for IPA day – from one of my favorite local breweries, Ironfire Brewing. They have excellent beers, that are a force to be reconed with. From left to right, we have Dead On Arrival, a Double IPA. Next is their classic 51/50 IPA, which is one of their flagship beers. Finally, we have Devil Within Double IPA. All beyond compare, and would be a great beverage to indulge in on this day!
If you plan on participating in this day, just ask your local beer procurer to help you out, and I’m sure they’d be more than happy to!

Shoot! I was flying all day and only had wine. But I’m pretty sure there were no IPA’ s on Japan Airlines drink menu :)) It’s still the 6th there, so I’ll pretend I didn’t cross the date line!
I think we can give you a pass, Priscilla! Let’s take a raincheck on that, and when you get back, we’ll have our own IPA day!
