Old skool, dawg! It’s been a few years since I’ve written the original post for the Rockin Cajun Chicken Sandwich, and I thought it would be a good time to resurrect it! Working as an expo, and then line cook at T.G.I. Friday’s for 8 years, I learned a few recipes along the way.
Willya look at that photo! That’s an oldie right there… perhaps I’ll upgrade that beauty one day, though I have to admit that it is charming.
But seriously, this sandwich is totally awesome! The best part is that it is easy breezy to make in your own kitchen. You can create this restaurant staple in your own home, and it’ll be even better than the original. Are you excited!? I am!
